Should you open your package and find that something is damaged, not due to shipping, please email us within 48 hours on info@elizabethwallace.co.uk. If the damage caused is not due to shipping and handling, we will replace and repair as necessary. Any damages reported after 48 hours are the responsibility of the buyer.
Due to the delicate nature of our bespoke, handmade pieces, we can only accept returns within 7 days of your package arriving with you. Please note that exchanges are not permitted on custom-made items, including veils and headpieces, unless the item is found to be faulty, excluding any damage incurred during shipping. Should you wish to shorten the length your veil after receipt, we are more than happy to arrange a return via a pre-paid shipping label, however please note that we are unable to facilitate exchanges.
