Handmade to order, the Charlotte Veil is crafted from soft Italian tulle and finished as a single tier with no blusher, gathered at the comb for a touch of fullness through the back. The length can be customised to suit your gown and personal style, whether you prefer a shorter, playful look or a sweeping, more traditional veil. Charlotte is available in four soft shades, so you can choose the closest match to your dress, and you can select either a gold or silver comb to complement your jewellery and hair accessories. By default, Charlotte is a plain veil with a beautifully clean edge, but pearls, sparkle or delicate flowers can be added if you would like to introduce a little more detail. Soft, versatile and quietly romantic, it is a veil that will sit beautifully alongside almost any bridal look.

Should you open your package and find that something is damaged, not due to shipping, please email us within 48 hours on info@elizabethwallace.co.uk. If the damage caused is not due to shipping and handling, we will replace and repair as necessary. Any damages reported after 48 hours are the responsibility of the buyer.
Due to the delicate nature of our bespoke, handmade pieces, we can only accept returns within 7 days of your package arriving with you. Please note that exchanges are not permitted on custom-made items, including veils and headpieces, unless the item is found to be faulty, excluding any damage incurred during shipping. Should you wish to shorten the length your veil after receipt, we are more than happy to arrange a return via a pre-paid shipping label, however please note that we are unable to facilitate exchanges.
